Be A Talent Scout
There are companies out there that will pay you big bucks if you can find them talented people. It doesn't matter if you have any experience or education. If you have what is in the "What You Need" box, then you can do this.
The company paying you will provide you with FREE training and your own personal mentor. Your mentor will teach you everything you need to know in a private one-on-one training sessions (conducted in person, via phone, or even live webinar).
Your Duties
As a Talent Scout, you will spend the majority of time searching and speaking with prospective talent. If they like what you have to offer, you sign them to a contract. You then work with them and help them land a large annual income.
How Much Can You Make?
This part really depends on how good you are at spotting talent, how good you are at persuasion, and how good you are at educating others.
In your business you will find many talented people that can earn a five or six figure income. The companies who pay their salaries will also pay you 20 to 30% of your client's salary. The ultimate goal is to find one person who is so talented, they land a SEVEN figure income. You get $200,000 to $300,000 annually for finding them and getting them to sign.
Most people work 40 years and never make that kind of income. If it took you one year, two years, even three years to find such a person, would it not be worth it?
